The Secret: Our House-Made Gianduia The heart of this Panettone is our Gianduia cream, produced entirely in our laboratory. To create it, we combine two absolute excellences:

  • Callebaut Belgian Milk Chocolate: To provide sweetness and a velvety creaminess.

  • Italian Hazelnuts: 100% pure paste for a toasted, intense, and authentic taste.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour type "0", Gianduia filling (Milk chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin), 100% Italian hazelnut paste, butter (origin: EU), sugar, pasteurized egg yolk, natural sourdough yeast (wheat), salt.

Allergens: Ingredients highlighted in bold may cause allergic reactions. Contains gluten, eggs, milk, soy, and nuts (hazelnuts). Produced in a facility that also uses other nuts (almonds, pistachios) and sesame.
